Say which match
Start with the fixture, not with “my team”. Name both sides as the app shows them, the format if you know it, the ground printed on the fixture, and the start time printed there. “The night game” is useless when three matches are listed. “The star batter’s game” is also useless, because that player can be in the squad and still not be the reason your save failed.
If you had a particular room in mind, describe it. Large room, small room, or head-to-head, plus anything the card showed about spots. One match can carry many rooms. A person who answers “the contest is open” may be looking at a different room from the one that refused you. No seats on the card you wanted is not the same as a match that will not happen. If your complaint is that a card had no seats, name that card and say whether any other card on the same fixture still showed seats. Do not ask chat to declare the cricket abandoned.
Do not attach the illustration from the playing 11 page and call it your screen. The names and the countdown in that illustration only show how a create-team screen is arranged. They are not the fixture you played, and those names must not be entered as your side. Your message needs your match. If you send the illustration, you will be answered about a photograph.
Say whether the room was locked
Say one of three things, and pick the true one. The room was still unlocked when you tried. The room had already locked. You could not tell. If a timer was on the contest card, quote what it showed at the moment you tried to save or edit. “About an hour” is weaker than the figure you actually saw. “The television has not started” is not a lock status. The broadcast clock and the contest lock are different.
That status changes what anyone can do. If you report the room as still open, a wrong pick is fixed by rewriting the entry you already hold. You have not been taken out, so do not ask how to rejoin from zero. If you report the room as closed, changes have stopped, and say so in the first lines. A request to move the chair after the timer has ended is a request the contest will not grant. Asking three different ways does not create a quiet extra minute.
If the announced playing XI dropped one of your players, add that fact next to the lock. Open room: you swap the player yourself and then look at the titles again. Closed room: the saved eleven is finished. Chat needs the pair of facts, not a speech about how certain you were yesterday. The captain page is the long version. You do not need chat to choose the new name for you.
Say what the screen refused to save
Quote the refusal. If there was no sentence, say there was no sentence, and then describe the counters. Which role tab were you on? The labels a create-team screen can show, and the ones on the sample, are WK, BAT, AR, and BOWL. Say which of those you had open, and say if one of them was still empty. Say what the player counter read, in the form your screen used, such as a partial count out of eleven. Say whether you had already reached eleven names.
If a spending line was visible, say whether your eleven sat under it. Do not invent a figure the screen did not show, and do not ask this site for a salary cap. A side the contest will not accept does not get saved. Do not quote a ceiling you learned in some other place. When you write to chat, repeat the contest’s message rather than a rule you remember from somewhere else.
Two refusals are common enough to name plainly. You stacked one real team past the counter. Or you left a role tab empty and the save stopped because a required seat was still empty. Follow the counters. In the message, say which of those you suspect, and include the wording that disagrees with your suspicion if you saw any. “It will not save, please fix” gives the reader nothing to fix. “Save blocked, counter 10/11, WK empty, not joined, room unlocked with 18 minutes showing” is a report.
A screenshot of your own create-team screen can help if chat asks for it. Crop it to the counter, the tabs, and the refusal. You do not need to send a gallery. You do need the picture to be yours, taken now, not the illustration published here and not a list a friend posted. Pasting that list without comparing each name to this surface is a mistake, not a ticket.
Say whether you had already joined
Say if you were already in the room or still on the team screen. The two states are easy to mix up when you are annoyed. Already joined, and still unlocked, means the edit updates that entry. You are not out. Already joined, and locked, means the entry stands as saved. Not joined means there is no entry yet, and a refused save has not removed you from anything because you had not entered.
Also say whether you were trying to add another team. The room shows how many teams you may submit. This site will not invent that number. If you already used the printed number, a further save may fail for that reason alone. Tell chat how many entries the room said you could hold, and how many you can see under your name. Do not ask them to raise the figure because a different room, or a different app, showed a different figure.
If you joined the wrong room, say that too. A locked wrong room cannot be edited into the right one. An unlocked wrong room can have its eleven changed only if you still want to be in that room. A second room, if it has spots and its own lock is still open, is a new join, not a transfer. Describe both cards. One match, two rooms, is normal. Pretending they are one contest is how the reply answers the wrong lock.
A note that can be answered
Put the report in four lines, in this order, using the words on your screen. A person can answer a report. A mood cannot.
- The fixture: both side names as printed, the format, the venue, and the listed start.
- The timer: still open, already closed, or you could not tell, plus the figure you saw.
- The block: the message, the counter, and which role label was empty or past the limit. If there was no message, write that there was no message.
- Whether you were already in that room, or still only on the team screen. If you were adding another eleven, write the printed team limit and how many elevens you can see under your name.
A usable note reads like this. Men’s T20, the two sides as the card prints them, the ground named on the fixture, start 19:30. Room still open, timer showing 18 minutes, seats still listed. Save blocked, counter at 10 of 11, keeper label empty, no spending line on the screen. Not joined yet. That note can be answered. “The night game will not save, please fix my captain” cannot, because it names neither the fixture nor the block.
What this page will not do
This site does not fix APK installs. If the file will not open, or the phone will not keep the download, say in one line that the problem is the app file and not a team. Stop there. This page will not walk through settings, versions, or file checks, and it will not pretend to. The download button opens the Hero11 entry link. It is not a repair guide, and it is not the install file. Do not send chat a list of phones you have tried and expect this article to grow an install manual around the reply.
Do not ask chat to name your captain. The choice is yours, made last, from the job in this match and from whether the player will walk out. Do not ask chat to rescue a famous batter the bulletin still lists as uncertain. The second title covers a thin day for the chair. It is not a second star. Someone who both faces balls and sends down overs can take the chair only when both of those jobs are real in this match and that player is in the side. None of that requires a person in chat to pick a favourite. If you ask “who should be captain in the night game”, you will waste the reply that could have explained your refused save.
Do not ask for a code, a multiplier, or a prize figure. This site does not issue codes, and it does not print a captain multiplier. The contest you joined shows its own title rules. Do not ask for the sample eleven to be “set” on your account. Do not ask for a lock to be opened because you ignored the timer. If the news was bad, the spots were gone, or the lock was too close to read the pitch, the right result was not to enter. Chat is not there to undo that choice after the fact.
Read the short answers in the FAQ before you open chat, and read the match checks if you are unsure you were in a contest you could still edit. Then write the four facts in this order: the match, whether the room was locked, what the create-team screen refused to save, and whether you had already joined. That note is enough for a useful reply. Anything else can wait until they ask.
